Result of General Meeting

20th September 2010

The Board of DRS Data & Research Services plc (the “Company”) announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution relating to the disposal of Peladon Software Inc. and the UK DocXP Business (as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 3 September 2010) was duly passed.

It is anticipated that completion of the disposal will occur on or around 30 September 2010.
