Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, DRS Data & Research Services plc (the “Company”) announces that Mr Christopher Batterham, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director of the AIM listed company Eckoh plc.  Following a suitable handover period, it is intended that Mr Christopher Batterham will take up the position of Chairman of the Eckoh Group.
