Today DRS announces the retirement of its founder and non executive Chairman, Malcolm Brighton. Mr Brighton will stand down from the DRS board and from its Remuneration and Nominations Committees at the close of the Annual General Meeting being held at 3.00pm today.
DRS is delighted to announce that Sir David Brown has been appointed as the company's new Chairman. Sir David was appointed to the board on 1 August 2008. He will also serve as the Chair of the company's Nominations Committee.
