Regulatory Announcement - Non-Executive Director Shareholding

The Company was advised on 12 December 2008 that on that day Ann Geraldine Limb, a non-executive director of the Company purchased 20,205 ordinary shares in DRS Data & Research Services plc at 12.25p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Ms Limb’s interest in the company is 50,205 shares (0.15% of the issued share capital).
