Total voting rights

DRS Data & Research Services plc (“DRS” or the “Company”) (LSE: DRS) announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 34, 621,600 ordinary shares of 5p each.

DRS holds 1,930,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Treasury comprising 5.57% of the Company’s issued share capital.  

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in issue in DRS is 32,691,600.

The above figure (32,691,600) of total voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, DRS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
