Regulatory Announcement - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was advised on 3 June 2008 that today, Arthur Mark Tebbutt, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 12,531 ordinary shares in DRS Data & Research Services plc at 21.00p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Tebbutt’s interest in the company is 500,353 shares (1.45% of the issued share capital).
