Regulatory Announcement - Director's holding

The Company was advised this morning that Arthur Mark Tebbutt, an Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 1,271 ordinary shares in DRS Data & Research Services plc at 33.8p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Tebbutt’s interest in the company is 473,365 shares (1.37% of the issued share capital).
