The Company was advised on 25 April 2007 that on 20 April 2007 Ann Geraldine Limb, a non-executive director of the Company purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in DRS Data & Research Services plc at 37.375p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Ms Limb’s interest in the company is 30,000 shares (0.09% of the issued share capital).
