The Company was advised this morning that Arthur Mark Tebbutt, an Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 1,271 ordinary shares in DRS Data & Research Services plc at 33.8p per share.

At the Annual General Meeting of the company held on Monday 14th May, 2007, all resolutions were duly passed.

DRS Data Services Ltd is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to October 2010 with England’s largest examination awarding body AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance) to provide them with DRS e-Marker® services.
