Grant of options to Directors

The Executive Directors were today awarded shares on 4th November 2005 under the DRS 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan as follows:

Director and Proposed allocation of shares

S M Beats - 107,000
G Brighton - 96,000
S J Day - 105,000
A C Lee - 195,000
A M Tebbutt - 113,000

Subject to certain conditions, including the satisfaction of performance criteria, some or all of the awards will vest after three years.
