DocXP IDC
DocXP IDC is a suite of complementary software that ensures the critical data from any type of unstructured or-semi-structured document is captured with complete accuracy, minimal effort and at the click of a button. Modules work in harmony to classify documents and capture images of the pages for later storage and retrieval, whilst capturing and processing the data contained within the documents at the same time.
DocXP ADC
The DocXP ADC suite is best suited to structured document and data capture, where data is in pre-defined fields. ADC modules work in harmony to enable automated data capture and validation of data from forms, before delivering the information to the target system in any format requested.
FLIPS
FLIPS allows you to quickly and simply design and print laser printed forms for use with a DRS OMR. Text and graphics, including barcodes and logos, can easily be incorporated from other window applications and new OMR applications can be quickly created by modifying existing forms.
SOSKit
The SOSKit software suite allows you to create new decodes for use with a DRS OMR, by interpreting what data needs to be captured from a form and managing the scanning and validation of form batches. Developers can build on SOSKit to create fully customised applications.
EDPAC®
EDPAC® is a multiple choice assessment package for schools. Used with a DRS OMR, EDPAC® allows you to evaluate your teaching, your tests and your pupils. This easy-to-use software will handle the entry, validation and scoring of test batches. It provides detailed analysis of pupil performance and the quality of the test content, highlighting any inconsistencies and ambiguities in question setting.
MultiQuest
MultiQuest is a multiple choice assessment package for colleges, universities and commercial training institutions. Integrating data entry, scoring and reporting for assessments, MultiQuest evaluates the performance of individual questions and measures the reliability of the assessment overall.
Question Bank
Question Bank is designed to work with MultiQuest, and is a powerful tool for monitoring the development, management and maintenance of multiple choice questions, enabling academics and exam administrators to construct better assessments.
SpeedQuest
SpeedQuest enables questionnaires and opinion surveys to be designed quickly and data to be captured accurately and automatically with a DRS scanner. It is used extensively for course/teaching evaluation and in a wide range of opinion surveys. Typical examples include student feedback questionnaires and employee satisfaction surveys.
OMR Registers
OMR Registers is a utility that enables attendance registers to be overprinted and scanned using data directly from your college or university MIS. Each register contains as unique identifier which holds both the register and student information, ensuring no mismatches occur between the register profile and printed register.
Register Manager
Register Manager is a more flexible option to OMR Registers as it can work outside of an MIS environment. Commercial training organisations can also benefit and take control of student registers using Register Manager as the registers can be overprinted
using details from a spreadsheet, a database or even entered manually.
Register Manager accommodates courses comprising of one or many class meetings.
Holidays on the course can be shown and students, who have withdrawn, transferred or completed, either before or during the programme can be highlighted.
