The Future Vision of DLHE - One day conference announced

22nd July 2005

There’s no doubt about it, the Destination of Leavers in Higher Education survey is a large and complex undertaking for all involved, in particular the HE Institutions left to struggle with the logistics.

Education data capture specialist, DRS, is hosting the first in a series of conferences designed to explore the challenges, methodologies, political issues and future vision of the DLHE survey. The event is open to all Higher Education Institutions and is aimed at careers officers, registry, administrative and support staff involved in the implementation and management of the DLHE survey.

The conference will be held on 21st September 2005 in London Zoo where the key issues surrounding DLHE will be put under the spotlight. Catherine Benfield from HESA, Judith Dutton from The Open University, John Slater from the OU’s Institute of Educational Technology and Martyn Roan from DRS will explore and debate the issues and share their thoughts with delegates during the conference. They will tackle the challenges DLHE brings, explore the sharing of best practice, the political agenda and its potential evolution, and look at coding methodology used to improve accuracy, data capture techniques and also uncover the future vision for DLHE. It’s an event not to be missed for anyone involved in DLHE.

Attendance is entirely FREE. Places can be booked by downloading the booking form on the forthcoming events page. Alternatively e-Mail bookings@drs.co.uk or call the marketing department on +44(0)1908 666088.
