With the Government EMA scheme providing up to £30 per week to students (depending on household income) opting to continue their studies after completing compulsory education, tracking student attendance has never been more crucial.

16-19 Work Based Learning

DRS is working with Local Authorities, providing real-time e-Registration solutions to track and monitor attendance for students attending and learning at more than one institution, whether it is a school, college or WBL (work based learning) provider.

The DRS IntelliReg® suite provides a range of accurate and real-time e-Registration solutions that allow student attendance to be tracked off-site and for the resulting data to be automatically recorded and seamlessly transmitted back to the ‘home’ college Management Information System and dynamically linked into the attendance record of that student.

Tior 4 - Attendance Monitoring for International Students

From March 2009, adults wishing to study in the UK must apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa. The Tier 4 Student Visa replaces the current UK Study Visa and allows an adult student to study in the UK with a licensed sponsor on the Tier 4 register of sponsors and embark upon a course of study.  The Tier 4 Student Visa service offers overseas students the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications from reputable and government approved universities and colleges in the UK.

In addition to general sponsorship duties, sponsors must also report any unauthorised student absences and missed expected contacts.  IntelliReg® is designed to help monitor student attendance accurately and efficiently and will help establishments with their reporting to the Home Office.
