Special BETT Promotion

Data capture specialist, DRS, is to upgrade any school or Local Authority (LA), wishing to purchase or rent a manual Optical Mark Reader (OMR), with a free three month pilot and trial of an automatic OMR. This is a limited offer, so must be taken up quickly to avoid disappointment.

In an effort to introduce automatic OMRs into more schools, for further improved data collection activity, DRS is offering all schools and LAs purchasing or renting a CD230 hand-fed OMR, a three month, no obligation, pilot and trial of the CD360.

The CD360 is a low cost automatic solution suited for a wide range of applications, including attendance, assessment profiles and examinations. With the ability to scan up to 150 forms at a time, the CD360 is capable of reading up to 2400 single-sided forms per hour.

Customers who choose to take advantage of this promotion will be offered extensive support from DRS, from general advice about software and installation to a full maintenance contract.

If, at the end of the trial period, a school wishes to keep the CD360, they can, for a very special reduced price. But purchase of the CD360 is not compulsory to take part in this promotion. If a school does not wish to keep it, DRS will simply swap it back for the CD230. It’s simple. No strings attached.

The DRS ‘Schools Pilot & Trial’ promotion will be showcased on stand Z34 at BETT 2006, the world’s leading educational ICT event. Members of the DRS education team will be available for discussion on all four days of the show.

This offer is available until 30th April 2006.
