Our working relationships remain a high priority throughout DRS.

We operate within standard procurement process guidelines and any concerns are discussed openly with our suppliers with the aim of speedy resolution. Written terms and conditions of trading are negotiated ahead of work being undertaken and it is the policy that payment terms are strictly adhered to.

DRS's in-house legal and contract management teams assist with finalising business terms and help to ensure all concerns are dealt with in a timely manner and obligations are met by the contracting parties.

In our partner relationships we aim to operate standards to safeguard against unfair business practices and to encourage our partners to adopt responsible business policies and practices.
